SuiteDash Pricing: What Exactly You Need To Know & Our Proposition

SuiteDash pricing hero header.
Table of Contents

SuiteDash is an all-in-one business management software that combines CRM with a Client Portal. It’s a feature-rich powerhouse that enables smooth onboarding and setting up LMS learning, email and drip campaigns, project automations, and so much more.

But with such an overwhelming number of features comes a heavy price; the steep learning curve. To get the hang of SuiteDash and make the best of it, you need to sacrifice your time to learn how to use it properly. So the question is, is SuiteDash pricing reasonable and is it worthy of your time and money? Let’s find out.

SuiteDash Subscription Management & Plans

First of all, let’s discuss the terms that apply to SuiteDash’s services.

When it comes to refunds, there are none. You can of course cancel your subscription whenever you want, but you’ll still have access to your account till the remaining period of time you already paid for.

You can also upgrade or downgrade to another plan at any time. If you upgrade, the amount you’ve already paid for will be taken into account, just like in the case of downgrading, so that you don’t lose a single penny.

Moreover, if you’re located outside the United States, it’s your responsibility to ensure that your business is compliant with the local law (remember that when dealing with taxes!). Thankfully, SuiteDash is GDPR compliant and protects personal data from the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Switzerland.

If you’re worried about safety, SuiteDash reassures you that it’s powered by Amazon AWS, does daily backups, stores data in many places, and all clients’ files are encrypted.

Free Trial

SuiteDash is perfectly aware that people have commitment issues and that certain decisions, especially those pertaining to business, are difficult. So to make that easier, the SuiteDash offer starts off with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. During that time, you have access to all the features, so you can see what’s important to you and what is just a nice, but not necessary, addition. Use these 14 days wisely to discover if it’s worth your money!

Start Subscription Plan

Each of SuiteDash’s plans comes in three billing plans: monthly, yearly, and lifetime.

The first plan — Start — can be bought for $19 a month, $180 a year, or $970 for a lifetime deal. With it, you gain unlimited CRM Contacts, Staff/Team, and Portals. You can also use more than 12 integrated toolkits and 100 GB for file storage, create email marketing campaigns, and access SuiteDash’s Academy and Community. The most surprising part of it though is the extreme While Labeling and Custom Branded Mobile App. Usually, in the case of other tools like Plutio or Bonsai, such features are offered in higher tiers.

Overall, this plan seems solid and reasonable enough for small businesses that are looking for a single app to help them out. They won’t feel restricted in any way due to unlimited Contacts, Staff, and Portals, and they also have the option to white-label everything. That’s why this plan is rather attractive, as long as you can stomach several cons we’ll explain later.

Thrive Subscription Plan

The Thrive subscription plan includes everything from the Start plan and adds more functionalities to sweeten the deal. It costs $49 a month, $480 a year, or $2,420 for a lifetime deal.

The most important features that you gain access to are the Autoresponder Drip Marketing and Deal Stage Pipelines. As a treat, you also get Dynamic Proposals Toolkit, Custom Folder Generators, and Advanced Custom Menus. The 100 GB file storage increases to 500, and you get 1 Wizarding Session for free, where a consultant can help you set up your workspace.

There’s also a Client-Side Live Chat feature listed, but with a caveat — it’s yet to come. So we won’t take that feature into account for now.

For a tool that’s supposed to be meant for small businesses, it introduces features that are more commonly used in traditional CRMs, such as Hubspot or Pipedrive. That’s why if you’re considering SuiteDash, but your business doesn’t concern marketing or sales, this plan won’t meet your needs.

Pinnacle Subscription Plan

The last plan in the SuiteDash offer is called Pinnacle and it includes all the features from previous plans and more. You can buy it for $99 a month, $960 a year, and $4840 for a lifetime deal. Why would you do that?

Mainly for its powerful automation features, such as Task Dependency Logic, FLOWs Automation Toolkit, and Trigger/Action Automations. Additionally, you unlock LMS Learning Management, which smoothes out your Onboarding processes, and an extra Wizarding Session with a consultant. File storage increases as well, from 500 GB to 2 TB.

SuiteDash also included Support Tickets Toolkit and Customer Journey features in this plan, but with a catch — these functionalities are yet to come. So we won’t take them into consideration for now.

Add-ons

While SuiteDash pricing isn’t expensive, the add-ons (called Power-Ups in this case) could ramp up the costs of the tool. They can be activated in any plan and can be canceled whenever you want.

VIP Bundle Power-Up

This Power-Up focuses on further assistance, improving support, and giving you a sense of community. First of all, you gain access to LIVE Support Sessions, which are scheduled ahead of time, where a SuiteDash expert answers questions during a Zoom meeting. For a more personalized experience, you’re also invited to a private Discord server, where you can speak and interact with other business owners like you, the SuiteDash team, SuiteDash Wizards, and SENSEI Agency Partners. You can expect many interactive events, AMAs, and live sessions to take place there.

Last but not least, if you contact Support, you can rest assured that your ticket will be properly tagged and prioritized, so all your issues will be handled promptly.

This improved customer experience costs $50 a month. This increases the cost of all plans from $19, $49, and $99 to $69, $99, and $149, respectively (billed monthly).

PLUS Bundle Power-Up

This Power-Up gives you several perks concerning security and improving your email game.

First of all, you unlock a Secure Credit Card Vaulting feature, helpful when you want to save credit card details safely outside of your payment provider, which is 100% PCI compliant. On top of that, you also gain Secure Password Enforcement so that you can force your users to create more complex passwords. You can make specific characters obligatory in passwords, such as uppercase, lowercase, number, and a special character. You can also set character limits, check password history to avoid setting up the same passwords used before, and set forbidden passwords, so that nobody can choose “1234” ever again.

The PLUS Bundle also includes Email and Form Cannons features. Email Cannons are beautifully crafted emails, either through a WYSIWYG Editor or a Code Editor, that can be sent to a single recipient. It can be sent manually or automatically upon a trigger. Form Cannons are also email messages, but with a form included. The best thing about it is that our clients can fill out the form and send it to us without logging in to the platform. It can be sent manually or automatically as well.

Last but not least, the number of files you can upload increases as well, up to 1 TB

You can get all that for $40 per month, no matter the plan.

PRIME Bundle Power-Up

This plan improves on the existing features already available in SuiteDash.

The most powerful feature of this add-on is Sales Funnel Builder. With it, you can create your own Three-Step Funnel, consisting of a Landing Page, Checkout Page, and Thank You Page. You can also combine the Landing Page with the Checkout one into a Two-Step-Funnel. Moreover, you can create a standalone URL for it or embed it on your own website. The builder itself allows you to customize the pages however you wish, adding blocks of text, images, videos, and so on.

You also gain access to a feature called PDF Document Signing & Templates. It allows you to upload PDF files, choose your electronic signature requirements, and send them to multiple recipients.

Another interesting feature is a real-time chat, which can be embedded on any 3rd party website. It’s customizable, can be activated anytime you need, and you can send forms through it for faster communication with clients.

All these three features can be bought for $40 a month, and in our humble opinion, it’s totally worth it.

Deliverability Power-Up

This add-on boosts the Marketing Toolkit feature by providing you with a dedicated IP address that will help you avoid being marked as Spam and improve your open rate.

If you limit yourself to sending 10,000 emails a month, you’ll pay for this add-on $20 on a monthly basis. If you cross that threshold, you’ll have to pay an extra $15 for every 10,000 sent.

Is SuiteDash Worth Your Investment?

Considering the aforementioned features that come with SuiteDash, it seems like a good investment for people whose business is centered around marketing campaigns, cold mailing, lead generation, and onboardings. For those who are more focused on productized or custom services, SuiteDash might be an overkill. So while it offers many interesting possibilities, it’s best to consider first whether we truly need all the fancy bits. And also, how well does SuiteDash work in practice.

Steep Learning Curve

With a great number of features, comes a steep learning curve. To truly get the hang of everything that SuiteDash has to offer, you need to spend lots of time exploring and experimenting. Thankfully, SuiteDash is well aware of that fact, and it offers plenty of resources, from SuiteDash Academy and SuiteDash Documentation to Live Sessions and AMAs run on Discord. Also, SuiteDash Support is well-known for being friendly and helpful.

What does it mean to you? It means that you need to be prepared for lots and lots of new knowledge. At first, this platform might seem overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it, you can automate your processes to hell and back.

Outdated UI

We’ve got to admit, SuiteDash’s UI is in desperate need of a fresh, modern look, that doesn’t make you feel like you’re stuck in the 90s sitcom about working in a corporate office. And we’re not really joking — based on the feedback collection on G2, it’s a common enough complaint.

It’s not that big of a deal if you use it for yourself, but once you invite clients, they may take a look around and wonder if your services or products are just as outdated. So if you want to fully embrace a reputation of a modern company that follows the trends, better luck searching elsewhere for more appropriate solutions.

Client Management

If you’re working with a huge number of clients and keep nurturing your customer base, you’ll be happy with what SuiteDash has to offer. Mainly, with the function that helps to group and identify clients through Client Circles. A single client can be a part of many circles, and you also have the option to edit their information in bulk.

If you’re feeling apprehensive about importing all your client information to a new platform, we have good news — SuiteDash makes that fairly easy through CSV import.

Onboarding FLOW

SuiteDash makes it ridiculously easy to bring new clients or team members into the fold through their onboarding feature. You can create a long sequence of actions for a new user to do, for example: filling out forms, providing information, signing documents, and so on.

You can also create (and sell) digital courses through a feature called LMS Learning. You can easily train your new staff, spread new knowledge among the current teams, or offer your clients additional resources to supplement your offer.

And of course, it can be automated.

Slow At Times

As you have probably noticed by now, SuiteDash is a giant piece of software. Because of that, we can’t exactly call it lightning fast or smooth. There are situations where the pages take their sweet time to load, so it requires some extra patience and understanding.

Not Interested? Consider Another Software

While SuiteDash is surely a catch, it’s best used for bigger teams who have a huge customer base and focus heavily on marketing, client management, and education. Otherwise, it might be too much to handle and an unnecessary waste of your money and time. For that reason, we’d like to offer you another solution, which is both elegant, simple, and extremely effective.

Zendo is a Client Portal and a Request Management solution that only has the most necessary features to speed up your customer service and delivery time. All its functionalities are centered around real-time chat, where you exchange messages with both clients and your team members and use it for quotes, invoices, and file sharing. Also, your clients can send their payments directly through the chat, without ever leaving the platform or switching their browser.

By eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails, which tend to complicate communication, you keep everything in one place. You can forget about losing time searching for a relevant message or hunting those old files. Zendo will keep you organized without the need for learning how everything works — its learning curve is as shallow as it can be.

The best news lies in Zendo’s pricing. It’s an incredibly affordable software that comes with three pricing tiers: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. The Starter plan costs literally nothing — it’s entirely free, so you can test Zendo from here to eternity (with the only limit being 2 agents maximum). The cost of the Growth plan depends on the number of your agents; each will cost you $19 a month. And the last plan, Enterprise, is custom, ready to be tailored specifically to your needs.

SuiteDash Pricing vs Zendo Pricing

What Is SuiteDash?

SuiteDash is a Client Portal Software and an all-in-one business suite meant for bigger companies that have huge client databases and want to make its management easier. Also, it comes with interesting team management capabilities as well as the option to create rich onboardings and courses. It’s not a good tool for selling services, but it helps take control of your internal processes and improve them by leaps and bounds.

Is SuiteDash Expensive?

While SuiteDash starts at $19 a month, to get the most out of this software you need to invest at least $49 a month to unlock the most powerful features. It also offers lifetime deals, where the Start plan costs $910, the Thrive costs $2,420, and Pinnacle costs $4,840.

What Is Zendo?

Zendo is a simple yet efficient software that eases all the pains of selling services, from custom to productized and subscriptions. The main action happens right in chat, where you can send quotes, issue invoices, and make payments, among others. To submit requests, your clients can use the professional and modern-looking Service Catalog, where you present your offer. You can spice up your services with add-ons and packages to make them even more tempting!

What Is More Affordable, SuiteDash Or Zendo?

Because Zendo includes a forever free plan for two users, which enables access to most of the features, it makes this offer hard to pass up. Especially since it also comes with renewable premium tokens, which can be used to try out the premium features, such as subscriptions or white-label functionalities. That’s why Zendo is a much more affordable option than SuiteDash.

Can You Create Subscriptions In Zendo?

Yes! In Zendo, you can create four types of services: free, custom, productized, and subscriptions. When creating a subcription service, you can set up different packages and requests limits, as well as a free trial for the duration of your choosing. When it comes to payment, there are four billing cycles to choose from: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Because of that, you can create services that will satisfy even the most demanding and picky clients!
