Based on your feedback, we’ve just introduced a fresh batch of features & improvements to the platform.
Read on to keep up with changes.
New Teams Tab under Clients
The biggest change is to Client Teams. Now you are able to create Client Teams for your clients (without impersonating them), pre-create teams, invite new clients while adding them to the team and more.
You can easily create and manage teams from the new Teams Tab under Clients.

You can take actions like:
- add,
- edit
- delete.
Also, a single client can now own multiple teams.
You can invite Client Team members by email or pick from existing clients.

You can also resend invitations to chosen people.
For finer control over team members, settings, and billing, you can now grant Client Team members three different roles:
- Admin,
- Editor,
- Viewer.

You’re also free to transfer team ownership among members.
The active team is shown in the sidebar and stays selected when switching teams or reloading.
New Time Control Features
From now on, you can choose the date format and appearance, both across your workspace and per individual account.

Orders, quotes, and chats now reflect your configured timezone, and Invoice and Quote PDFs follow your chosen formats.
What Else in the Bucket?
👉 On the Orders page, you will see a new “View Invoices” shortcut in the subscription dropdown, and the source subscription is now shown on the order.
👉 Chat UI has been improved. We reworked message bubbles and introduced a cleaner, warmer layout.
Fixes
🔧 The Request Type filter now only lists templates that actually have requests.
🔧 In Tooltips long content now wraps and tooltips reposition correctly when their content changes.
