STEP 1
Set Up Your Custom Service

If you want to offer custom services tailored to your clients, create a new Request Type and choose the custom payment option. This means that the client will be able to pay at any point of your collaboration.

STEP 2
Create the Order Page
In the Order Page tab, you can create and customize the page that lists all your offered services. You can add a description, header image, and choose which Request Types should be visible to the clients.
Note: only the workspace owner can manage the Order Page.
STEP 3
Connect it to Your Page
You can share the Order Page with your clients in three ways:
STEP 4
First Contact
Once your client has access to the Order Page, they can fill out all the information and submit the form. This will automatically create a new Request in Zendo where the clients can pay for the service upfront. Now the ball is in your court!
STEP 5
Customer Makes a Purchase

Once you have agreed on the terms of cooperation, you can evaluate the project and and send the estimation directly to the client in the chatbox. In turn, the client can make the payment in the chat as well with just a few clicks. Now all that’s left is to deliver the project!
